Why I Got Involved In Teaching Group Exercise
I started teaching fitness at 16 years old and it was an immediate click.  I love group fitness with all my heart.  I love meeting people and helping them fall in love with the many benefits of an active lifestyle.  

What Motivates Me To Keep In Shape
My four daughters. With obesity and especially childhood obesity at epidemic rates, in this country, staying in shape is getting harder and harder.  Healthy habits start young.  If I don’t make it a priority in my life, my girls won’t either.  We all enjoy working out together and it’s a great way to connect with teens!

Why My Class Is Unique
One of my favorite aspects of group fitness is that it brings people together.  It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or an elite athlete, you are valued in my class and you are a part of the team. I give several options to make sure everyone feels comfortable and successful at whatever level you are working out!  I am also known to crack jokes along the way because we have FUN and work HARD in the process.  The key to results is consistency.
