Pavilion Rental Information
Pioneer Park (pictured left, max 35 people) and Des Peres Park (pictured right, max 100 people) have pavilions that can be reserved. Sugar Creek Park and Harwood Park shelters, and park picnic tables are available on a first come, first served basis. You may book your pavilion one year in advance.
Pavilion rental season is April 1 – October 31. Please check the online rental calendar for availability. In order to view the calendar, you must first log into your account or create a new account.

How to Reserve a Pavilion
To make an online reservation, you will need to log into your Lodge account. If you do not have an existing account, you will need to create an account. Create Account Now

Pavilion reservations are processed on a first come, first served basis. There are no refunds or changes on pavilion reservations. Your receipt of payment is your confirmation. One week prior to your reservation, a full time Lodge employee will contact you for credit card information for a security deposit of $100. Your card will not be charged unless there is damage to the pavilion or park rules are violated.
