GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES AT THE LODGE START 8/3/20
Our Group Exercise Program offers 42 classes every week led by nationally certified instructors to help you achieve results, feel better and improve your quality of life. Meet new friends and stay accountable to your fitness and wellness goals! See below for more information, current schedule, class descriptions, sub lists and instructor bios below.
NEW COVID-19 PROCEDURES
Most classes have been moved to our spacious gymnasium and all participant capacity lowered. Class times include a 45-minute workout with 10 minutes allocated for disinfecting equipment. Each participant will have a designated 6’ x 6’ workout box with their own fitness and sanitizing equipment appropriately distanced from others (equipment will not be shared). Participants are required to disinfect all equipment before and after class. Online pre-payment for class required (see below).
Affordable Tot Care is available so your kids can have fun while you take care of yourself! Due to COVID-19, reservations must be made by close of business the day before. Click here to visit our Tot Care website for childcare schedule and details.
A current monthly schedule and class descriptions can be found online at below or stop by The Lodge Front Desk. The Group Exercise schedule is subject to change due to instructor availability and demand. Class descriptions can be found under 'Additional Resources' below:
