LODGE PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAM

All Lodge Personal Trainers are nationally-certified fitness professionals with 20 years of combined experience in assisting clients meet their goals. Our professionals are here to help guide members on how to fit fitness into their busy lifestyles. Each new client receives a comprehensive fitness assessment to assess their current level of fitness, so that the trainer can design an individualized exercise program. Have kids? No problem! We offer affordable Tot Care for your child to have fun and be safe while you take care of yourself!

JUMP START PACKAGE - $150

This option is available for all NEW clients to our personal training program. The Jump Start Package is 3 sessions with one of our nationally certified personal trainers. The first session will be a fitness assessment with the remaining two appointments executing the exercise program that has been designed for you. This special is only available once to a new client. You can’t afford to miss out on this amazing deal.

ONE-ON ONE PERSONAL TRAINING


Youth and adults can choose 60, 45 or 30 minutes to train with a nationally accredited personal trainer. You will receive one on one instruction and an exercise plan that is specifically catered towards your fitness goals. 30-minute sessions are designed for youths or someone who is just beginning an exercise program and not physically ready for the intensity of more than 30 minutes. Click on the links below to purchase a training package today. If you are a Lodge member, please login using your email address and choose the "forgot password" link to receive a temporary password. GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

Prices listed are per person. Group Training is great for friends, co-workers, family members wanting to get in shape together in a fun, personalized environment. Packages are available in 60, 45 or 30 minute length sessions. This is a great option for you and a friend or relative, to get some individual instruction along with the camaraderie of training in a small group at a fraction of the cost of individual training.

AGING GRACEFULLY WITH PERSONAL TRAINING

As we age we lose muscular strength, coordination and balance. YOUTH PERSONAL TRAINING / SPEED & AGILITY TRAINING

Does your child need to lose weight and be more active? Are you interested in getting your child an athletic edge over the competition? Then check into Lodge Personal Training. We have trainers that specialize in improving your child’s overall health and can focus on speed, agility, power, endurance and body control that will translate into improvement in his or her sport or just better quality of life. We also offer Youth Fitness Orientations classes for kids, ages 12 - 15, to get access to The Lodge Fitness Center and to learn how to safely use it.

GOLF FITNESS TRAINING

Discover how golf-specific training can help you improve your power, flexibility and strength, translating to improved play on the course! Looking to add yards to your drive and take strokes off your score? Maybe you are looking for a way to improve a golf related injury or reduce the risk of common golf injuries. SPEED AND AGILITY TRAINING 

Whether you are a young teen looking to be faster for basketball or a senior looking to improve your speed on the Pickleball or Tennis court - this training is for you! Using dynamic multidirectional exercises to create quick and explosive movements, this training will take your game to the next level. Develop quicker reflexes, coordination, balance, speed and quick response time in just 45 minutes! 


FITNESS ASSSESSMENT

An assessment will consist of cardiac disease risk factor status, resting heat rate, blood pressure, body composition, cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, flexibility, and posture. The assessment will last one hour.

The first session of all personal training packages will be an assessment. A fitness assessment can be a standalone purchase for members and guests that want to gauge their current fitness level. It can also be used in conjunction with any of our personal training packages where the sessions are less than 60 minutes or for client’s going in to group training.

Cost: Members/Residents $63; Non-Residents $74
