YOUTH DANCE PROGRAM
Our 24-week youth dance program offers an entire school year of instruction in the art of dance where students can explore creative movement, flexibility and self-confidence. The first semester emphasizes rhythmic training, coordination, grace and posture for the young student at the barre (September – December). The second semester emphasizes dance routines in preparation for the Spring recital (January – April). The Spring Dance Rehearsal is tentatively scheduled for April 14 and the Recital is April 15 at Ladue High School Performing Arts Center (1201 South Warson Rd., St. Louis, MO 63124). Dance students should wear a black leotard (no skirts please), pink tights, pink ballet shoes and tan tap shoes. Hip Hop, Tumbling, & Pom students should wear athletic clothes with jazz or tennis shoes. The program cost includes the costume fee for the Spring dance recital. All students must be toilet independent in order to participate. Registration opens 7/25/22 for members and residents and 7/27/22 for non-residents. Registration deadline is 11/1/22.DANCE LEVEL GUIDE
