Outdoor Barre is a great low-impact, cross-training class that incorporates yoga, ballet and Pilates. These workouts are designed to lengthen, strengthen, and engage your core for the entire 45-minute class. Barre is a great way for exercisers to change up their workout and get out of their old routine. By training stabilizing muscles that are not normally exercised in the gym, it helps increase both the overall strength and balance for your body. In addition, it can help alleviate pain in your joints by working the supporting muscle groups. You will tone and tighten muscles you did not know you had! This class meets in Des Peres Park to provide a spacious and beautiful setting. In the case of inclement weather classes will move indoors to City Studio. All levels are welcome.
