TONE UP↑ is a 10-week, circuit-training program designed for participants of all abilities to get a total body workout in just 30 minutes! A Nationally Certified Personal Trainer will lead you through strength training circuits designed to get you maximum results in just 30 minutes. These circuits will focus on fun functional exercises to work multiple muscle groups and TONE UP your entire body! Participants can arrive any time between 6:30 – 7 p.m. to jump into the circuit for their 30-minute workout. No showers available. Minimum 4/Maximum 12  
Cost: $75/Member; $79/Resident; $90/Non-Resident
Ages: 16 and older
Days: Thursday Time: 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. (start at any time between 6:30 - 7pm)
