Quiet Strength: Small Group Training

If you are interested in group exercise, but simply want a basic strength workout in a low-key atmosphere with a smaller-sized class, then Quiet Strength is for you! A Lodge Personal Trainer will lead you through a full-body workout of mild- to moderate-intensity, focusing on improving strength, balance, and endurance. Class will be held at City Studio at Des Peres City Hall with no loud background music, guaranteeing a more private and quiet atmosphere for participants. Class size is limited to six, allowing for more personal space and social distancing. Perfect for active exercisers, as well as those who are new to fitness. Minimum 4/Maximum 6
Cost: $70/Member & Resident; $84/Non-Resident (7 weeks)
