Essentrics is a functional fitness class designed to address the needs of your full body. The workout builds global strength and mobility that is essential at any age. It is respectful to your body's natural limitations by providing modifications throughout the class. All routines used in this class are pre-choreographed using the Esmonde technique created by ballerina and fitness expert Miranda Esmonde-White. It is a balanced workout appropriate for all ages. Minimum 4/Maximum 12
