GROUP EXERCISE PROGRAM
Our Group Exercise Program offers over 60 classes every week led by nationally certified instructors to help you achieve results, feel better, and improve your quality of life. Meet new friends and stay accountable to your fitness goals!  Affordable Tot Care is available so your child will have fun while you take care of yourself!  We offer 3 convenient payment methods for members and non-members to take our classes! Meet our Group Exercise Instructors!

    Listed below, you will find our current group exercise schedules with class descriptions. The Group Exercise schedule is always subject to change. It will be posted two weeks prior to the beginning of the upcoming session:

    WINTER: JANUARY 4 - MARCH 19
    11-Week Session - No regularly scheduled class January 18 or February 15
    Registration begins on Monday, November 30, for Members and Residents
    and Wednesday, December 2, for Non-Residents

    President's Day Holiday Class - February 15
    FREE Classes - March 13 - Try FREE exercise classes at our March Sunday Funday Event!

    SPRING: MARCH 21 - MAY 28
    10-Week Session
    Registration begins on Monday, February 29, for Members and Residents
    and Wednesday, March 2, for Non-Residents

    Memorial Day Holiday Class - May 30
    Independence Day Holiday Class - July 4
