GROUP EXERCISE PROGRAM
Our Group Exercise Program offers over 60 classes every week led by nationally certified instructors to help you achieve results, feel better, and improve your quality of life. Meet new friends and stay accountable to your fitness goals!  Affordable Tot Care is available so your child will have fun while you take care of yourself!  We offer 3 convenient payment methods for members and non-members to take our classes!     Listed below, you will find our current group exercise schedules with class descriptions. The Group Exercise schedule is always subject to change. It will be posted two weeks prior to the beginning of the upcoming session:

    Summer Session (June 1 - August 8)
    Fall 1 Session (August 17 - October 17)

    FREE Classes - Try FREE exercise classes at our Sunday Funday Event!

    FALL 1: AUGUST 17 - OCTOBER 17
    9-Week Session - No regularly scheduled class September 7
    Registration begins on Monday, July 27, for Members and Residents
    and Wednesday, July 29, for Non-Residents

    FALL 2: OCTOBER 19 – DECEMBER 19
    9-Week Session - No regularly scheduled class November 26 or November 27
    Registration begins on Monday, October 5, for Members and Residents
    and Wednesday, October 6, for Non-Residents

    HOLIDAY MINI: DECEMBER 21 - 30
    2-Week Session - No regularly scheduled class December 24, 25, 27, 31 or January 1
    No registrations for classes - Drop-in and Wet-N-Sweat Cards Only

    HOW TO GET A GROUP EXERCISE SCHEDULE
    1.) At the Lodge Des Peres in the Fitness Center, Group Exercise Studio or Front Desk    
    2.) Online - click on the session link above
    3.) By calling 314.835.6150 and we will be happy to mail you one

    3 CONVENIENT PAYMENT METHODS TO PAY FOR GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES!
    1.) Register for a class - $6/Member; $6.25/Resident; $7.25/Non-Resident (price per class)
    Pick a specific class and register for the entire session. This option reserves you a spot in the class and is the most economical. Plan to arrive at least five minutes prior to the class start time or call 314.835.6150 so we do not sell your spot. Registrants get a FREE make-up pass added to their account to use for a missed class during the session or to try a different class. Passes are added on to your account by the end of the second week of the session. Registrants also receive notification when classes are cancelled due to instructor availability.

    2.) Purchase a Wet-N-Sweat card - $130/Member; $135/Resident; $160/Non-Resident (20 classes)
    Includes 20 visits giving participants flexibility to attend any class on the group ex schedule. Cards are good for one year or until all visits are used - whichever comes first - and can only be used for classes listed on this schedule. Anyone on the household account may use the Wet-N-Sweat card. Classes listed as registration only do not accept the Wet-N-Sweat Pass. This option offers a slight discount to daily admission but does not reserve a spot.  Price per class is $6.50/Member; $6.75/Resident; $8/Non-Resident

    3.) Daily Passes - $7/Member, Resident; $9/Non-Resident
    Pay the daily fee to take a class when space is available. This option does not reserve a spot in class (only registering for a class reserves a spot). Participants are advised to arrive at least 5-10 minutes early and no more than 30 minutes prior to a class.

    To register online, please visit our registration website. If you do not know your registration barcode or PIN number, please call 314.835.6150 to get this information or to register.

    CLASS REMINDERS
    The tips listed below are used as reminders to all class participants. These tips can be found on the website and the back of the class passes.
    • Please arrive no earlier than 30 minutes prior to class. At this time, we will begin selling drop-in spots.
    • Please call ahead to 314.835.6150 if you are registered in a class and will not be able to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class so we don’t give your spot to a drop-in participant. Additional drop-in spots will be sold 5 minutes prior to the class.
    • Thank you for arriving at least 5 minutes prior to the start time so class isn’t interrupted by late arrivals. No participants will be allowed in 10 minutes after the start time due to participant safety and disruption to the class.
    • Please remember to check in at the front desk and bring your number to class. You will not be admitted to class without it. Hold on to your cards until the instructor collects it from you.
    • Land Exercise Participants: Please sign in on the green sheets to help us accurately track class registration.
    • Water Exercise Participants: Please hand your class participant cards to your instructor at the entrance table at the indoor pool.
    • Water Exercise Participants: Please remember that the Indoor Pool is a shared space during Water Exercise classes. All participants must be willing to adapt to a variety of pool users while classes are being held including: lap swimming, group and private swim lessons.
    • Wet-N-Sweat cards are available to purchase for your convenience. These cards are pre-paid drop-in slots that give you a small discount on the drop-in fee.   
    • Classes may be added or dropped based on instructor availabilities, as well as class participation.
    • Group exercise classes are designed for ages 16 years old and older unless indicated otherwise. Younger participants may attend with a parent / guardian. Please speak to the Fitness Specialist/Aquatics Supervisor prior to attending class.
    • Appropriate clothing and footwear is required in all workouts.
    • Before starting a physical fitness program, please consult your physician.
    • If you have any questions, concerns, or need additional assistance or modification, let our staff know. We want your experience at The Lodge to be a positive one.
