Biography
Alderman Doering was appointed to the Board of Aldermen in March 1991 and was subsequently re-elected in 1991, 1993, 1995, 1997, 1999, 2001, 2003, 2005, 2007, and 2009.   Alderman Doering currently serves as President of the Board of Aldermen
