Over my 15 years of training I have 4 preferred certifications. Personal Training, Nutrition, Strength and Conditioning, and Senior Training. These have worked very well for my clients at all fitness levels and all ages. My philosophy of exercise and nutrition is very simple. Functional training makes everyday movement easier! Nutrition can then make your fitness goals more reachable. A typical session will include a warm up, resistance/movement training, ideas of a better diet, and stretching.
