I am a Certified Exercise Physiologist through American College of Sports Medicine. I earned my BS in Health, Human Performance and Recreation (Major: Exercise Science). I have been exposed to wide range of demographics over many years which combined with my own experience of injuries and recovery gave me unique perspectives into progression process of fitness continuum. As a result, despite having earned a BA and MA in English literature I decided to pass my skills (which I picked up as an athlete and trainer) on to others.
I have over 15 years of experience being trained as an athlete and training others. I have experience working with post injury rehab, strength and power Training, performance enhancement, corrective functional and mobility training, weight loss, putting on lean muscle mass etc.
I consider my time spent with client to be an investment and I protect my investment by guiding them through maze of daily life trappings that can sabotage their progress. I discuss everything ranging from strategies of habit formation to goal setting to nutritional needs and everything in between.
