James "Woody" Lewis

James "Woody" Lewis - Team Member Since June 1995
Woody started with the City of Des Peres in June 1995 in the Street Department. In 2001, he moved to the Parks Department as Foreman. In 2005, Woody transferred to the Buildings Department. He is responsible for the operation and maintenance of all City buildings. This includes all maintenance and preventative maintenance on HVACR equipment, lighting, pools, pumps, motors, electrical, plumbing and carpentry. He is also responsible for administrative duties for the department such as bid specifications and the department budget. Woody works hard to make The Lodge and all of the City buildings as “green” and energy efficient as possible.
