Mud Run Training
MUD RUN GROUP TRAINING PROGRAM
Have you ever thought about running an obstacle course race? Maybe you just want to reap the benefits of a fun fitness training program in a group personal training setting. Then sign up for our Tough Mudder training program today! Lodge Personal Trainer Annabel Eyrick will hold 45-minute group training sessions offered Monday through Thursday. Saturday’s training session will focus on endurance training outdoors at Des Peres Park. All training sessions will consist of a mix of functional full body training, light obstacle training and endurance exercises for whole body fitness. Class will take place at City Studio and outside at Des Peres Park. The class is perfect for individuals who want the camaraderie of a great group workout with the expertise of a personal trainer! Showers are not available at City Studio but participants may use the locker rooms at The Lodge. Minimum 4/Maximum 10

TOUGH MUDDER® MUD RUN
Some of the participants of the Mud Run Training Program might participate in the Tough Mudder® Mud Run held in Sedalia Missouri in October. The City of Des Peres is not affiliated in any way with Tough Mudder® or this race. We are not liable for anyone who participates in the race. All participants who are interested in the race must sign up on their own through the Tough Mudder® website. Trainer Annabel Eyrick will be organizing a team (unaffiliated with The Lodge) for the race and all those interested in being a part of the team should speak with Annabel.
