Are tours of the station available?: The Des Peres Department of Public Safety offers tours of the Public Safety building. As this is a public safety building, tours include police, fire and EMS facilities and equipment. Short, topic specific informational talks can be included in the tours, depending on the group, amount of time and request. 1. How do I get a copy of a police report?: To request a police report, or for questions regarding the availability of police reports, please use the following Open Records Portal to request a specific document. You may also contact the Public Safety Department directly at 314-835-6235 Monday-Friday from 8:00am - 8:00pm and Saturday 8:00am-4:00pm.

4. Can I get fingerprinted at the Police Station?: Des Peres Police do not offer fingerprinting. Contact St. Louis County Police or Missouri State Highway Patrol.

5. How do I request a vacation check of my home?: You can stop by the Public Safety Department or print a copy of our “Out of Town Notification” form in the “forms” section. Fill out and return to the Des Peres Department of Public Safety, 1000 N Ballas, Des Peres MO 63131 or fax to 314-835-6205. You may also submit the form electronically at Vacation Home Watch.

6. Where can I get no parking signs?: You can pick up signs at Des Peres Department of Public Safety,1000 N Ballas, Des Peres, MO 63131. You must contact our administrative staff first to fill out a request form.
