HOT MAMAS IN TRAINING – BOOT CAMP

 
Hot Mamas in training has created a boot camp to provide a safe and effective fitness program for moms in a supportive environment. Our boot camp will give you a total body workout. Our activities will include strength, balance, flexibility, endurance and cardio. Classes are held at Des Peres Park or City Studio. Workout on your own or bring your child!
