All Continuous Monthly Memberships are required to have a valid credit or debit card for the automatic monthly payments. There is a 12-month commitment with this option and we accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express debit and credit cards. After one year, your Lodge membership and monthly payments will automatically continue until you notify us in writing that you wish to discontinue your membership. A $60, one-time activation fee is applied to all monthly payment options. This fee is due when you register for your membership. If the credit card provided for monthly payments expires during the term of the membership, you will be sent notice of this and will need to update that information for your membership to continue.
