Get fit and stay fit with a Lodge Personal Trainer in our Boot Camp! This program takes place in the great outdoors in beautiful Des Peres Park. Personal Trainer, Stephen Wilkinson, will guide you through traditional callisthenic and bodyweight exercises along with cardio interval training, speed and endurance drills. This class is the perfect combination of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), functional fitness and high rep strength training. Our goal is to offer encouragement and to keep you guessing at what is coming next! Commit to this twice per week program, to get fast results and create a supportive and motivational community of like-minded people. Due to COVID-19, participants will not share equipment and will be distanced appropriately. Program adheres to all St. Louis County Health Department guidelines. Participants should bring their own mat or towel. Minimum 6/Maximum 18
Cost: $160/Member & Resident; $192/Non-Resident (8 weeks)

Participants will meet at the Des Peres Park Gazebo. All participants should bring their own mat or towel. No equipment will be provided for participants. Masks are required even though this is an outdoor program. Participants will space out 10 feet apart on all sides. Class times will be 45-minutes in length. Pre-paid registration for class required. All St. Louis County Health Department guidelines will be followed.
