Build flexibility, strength and balance all while calming your busy mind! Stretch, tone and relax your body with Yoga Instructor, Kathy Hanewinkel, as she leads you through Yoga routines to help balance not only your body, but also your mind. Strengthen and lengthen the muscles of your body to increase the quality of your day-to-day life and activities. Use controlled breathing to relax your mind and leave you feeling calm and centered. Enjoy this holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. This class meets at The Lodge Des Peres Group Exercise Studio. All levels are welcome. Minimum 4/Maximum 18
