RUN STRONG: 5K TRAINING PROGRAM 


Run Strong is a small group personal training program designed for runners of all abilities. Nationally Certified Personal Trainer, Mary Loida, will lead you through a 5K training program to improve your running.  Whether you are training for your first 5K (3.1 mile) race or are looking to set a new 5K PR, this program is for you! Mary has the knowledge and experience to make you into a better runner. She has been running for over 20 years and has completed 7 marathons, 10 half-marathons and numerous shorter distance races. She has experience coaching cross country and track, as well as training a wide variety of personal training clients.  This program is geared towards completion of a 5K race around Thanksgiving season, and will include group runs as well as strength and flexibility training.  Participants may choose to sign up for a 5K race on their own or just participate in the program to improve your fitness.
