Run Strong is a small group personal training program designed for runners of all abilities. Nationally Certified Personal Trainer, Mary Loida, will lead you through a 5K training program to improve your running.  Whether you are training for your first 5K (3.1 mile) race or are looking to set a new 5K PR, this program is for you! Mary has the knowledge and experience to make you into a better runner. She has been running for over 20 years and has completed 7 marathons, 10 half-marathons and numerous shorter distance races. She has experience coaching cross country and track, as well as training a wide variety of personal training clients.  This program is geared towards completion of a 5K race around Thanksgiving season, and will include group runs as well as strength and flexibility training.  Participants may choose to sign up for a 5K race on their own or just participate in the program to improve your fitness. To register, contact Mary Loida at 314.835.6188 or Showers are not available at City Studio but participants may use the locker rooms at The Lodge. Minimum 2/Maximum 8
