BODYPUMP™is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit - fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout and can burn up to 540 calories while toning and tightening your muscles and problem areas.
BODYFLOW™is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
TONE™A LES MILLS TONE workout includes a mix of exercises to work the whole body and elevate the heart rate. The multi-peak workout helps burn calories and build fitness and strength while improving energy levels, flexibility, balance, agility and core strength. Members leave feeling empowered and on track for all-around functional fitness.
This class includes a combination of cardiovascular and muscle sculpting exercises. You will do a variety of calorie burning circuits, with short light weight exercises between the circuits.
