LEARN TO MEDITATE

 
Meditation helps us to achieve peace of mind and concentration power. It helps us to deal with our negative emotions and creates a positive outlook of life. Guided meditation enables one to get in touch with their inner self and generate inner power to tackle all the external problems. 4-week session includes creative visualization, reflective meditation and learning segments. Facilitator, Padmapriya Mahendarkar, is a certified motivational speaker and life coach. Her talks are practical and inspirational. She has been a meditation teacher since 2002 helping people stabilize their minds and feel inner peace. Minimum 10/Maximum 30.
Cost: $60/Member; $63/Resident; $72/Non-Resident
