LEARN TO MEDITATE

 
Meditation helps us to achieve peace of mind and concentration power. It helps us to deal with our negative emotions and creates a positive outlook of life. Guided meditation enables one to get in touch with their inner self and generate inner power to tackle all the external problems. Each session includes creative visualization, reflective meditation and learning segments. Facilitator, Padmapriya Mahendarkar, is a certified motivational speaker and life coach. Her talks are practical and inspirational. She has been a meditation teacher since 2002 helping people stabilize their minds and feel inner peace. Registration deadline is 9/16 and 11/18 respectively. Minimum 10/Maximum 30.
Cost: $60/Member; $63/Resident; $72/Non-Resident
