12-WEEK WELLNESS PROGRAM


 Wake-Up & Workout is an easy to follow 12-week wellness program covering cardio, strength, flexibility and nutrition. All fitness sessions are Monday through Friday, beginning at 5:45 a.m. Wake-Up & Workout will jump-start your day before other responsibilities get in the way! Over $500 value! Registration deadline is September 2. Due to the discounted classes, this class cannot be pro-rated and must be taken in full. Minimum 6/Maximum 8.

PROGRAM INCLUDES:


• 2, 30-minute assessments with a Certified Personal Trainer (pre and post program on 9/9 and 12/2)
• 2 Get Tanked Body Fat Assessments at the start and end of the program (on 9/11 and12/2)
• 58 high-energy group exercise classes Monday - Friday at 5:45 a.m. throughout program (No class 11/22 or 11/23)
• Workout with a new group of friends that share the same goals!
• Expected results include: weight loss, improved flexibility, increased strength, increased endurance, increased energy, increased confidence in the fitness center and in classes!
Cost: $300/Member, $315/Resident, $360/Non-Resident
